1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ForgeKey application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License and Pricing

ForgeKey is a paid application available on the Apple App Store for a one-time purchase price of €4.99 (or equivalent in your local currency).

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.

3. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is paramount. ForgeKey operates entirely offline and does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any PINs, passwords, or biometric authentication methods used to access the App. You acknowledge that ForgeKey does not store your passwords on external servers, and therefore cannot recover lost data if you lose access to your device or delete the App without a backup.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and logo, is the intellectual property of ForgeKey and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for the highest security standards, we do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or security breaches resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
